Everything to do with the Outdoors. Hiking, Mountain Biking, Camping, Swimming, Surfing, Beach Volleyball and we have done lots of social events like Scavenger hunt, Quiz nights. What to expect: Every trip will be different, usually with one (or two) theme's in priority (eg. cycle, kayaking). 1 day, 2 day trips. I will likely keep the groups between 8 - 16 people. Hey there, my name is Sean, I live in Kingswood and I like to run. Years ago I even ran the Ottawa half-marathon (in 2:13 in case you are curious). Problem is I am about 30lbs overweight these days an a little slower than I used to be (today's 5k averaged 7:24/km while PBs are 28:14 and 56:48 for 5k and 10k respectively).
