This is a group for anyone at any fitness level interested in walking, running, or skating the Big Dam Bridge trails (LR-NLR) before work. If we have others to be accountable to, we are ALL more likely to make time for our exercise. We will meet up no later than 6am at the Murray Lock & Dam parking lot and go at our own paces.
