A coed group of fitness enthusiasts who share the same goals of staying healthy and getting fit. We do a ten circuit set of exercises three times over 60 min. This workout is based on the Sparatacus Gladiator Boot Camp workout.

I played competitive sand doubles in FL and since coming to KC, there are obviously a lot less sand volleyball players here. However, we have been able to get a great mix of people (sand, grass & indoor players) who like to come out, play in the sun, and then hang after for some drinks. This is a group for OEF/OIF military Veterans (as well as other Veterans of Foreign Wars) and their spouses/significant others of the KC area.
