You love tennis. You might you think you are "not so good" or maybe you know that you are "good" - but either way you want find someone to play who is near your level and lives near you. You live in one of the many towns in MetroWest where 495 intersects the Mass Pike, including - but not limited to! - Hopkinton, Ashland, Westborough, Marlborough, Southboro, Milford, Upton, Holliston, Framingham, Natick, Millis, Medway, and Hopedale.

This is a hiking group for people who, like me, hike at a slow and steady pace. I love the outdoors and I love hiking, but am often lagging behind. However, like the tortoise, I keep a steady pace and always get there in the end. We will do mostly medium-length hikes ( 4 - 6 miles) with elevation gains of under 1500 feet and a pace of book time +50%. Most hikes will be within a couple of hours drive from Worcester (there is another MeetUp for slower hikers that does hikes in White Mountains) but …

Our hikes are also paced to keep everyone in the group more or less together through the entire hike. Weather is obviously a major factor in any of our hikes. We try not to cancel meet-ups for light rain - we are outdoors after all.
