This is the local group of the national Sierra Club. We work to protect our community's natural resources and have fun doing so! We hold and sponsor workshops, lecture presentations, political engagement, work days in natural settings in our parks and fun outdoor recreational events. Orienteering involves navigating a course generally in a park setting using a map and compass to find a series of markers called controls.
