We are a local Salt Lake City group dedicated to helping families connect their children to nature in and around the Salt Lake City region with regularly scheduled, year-round outings. We focus on outdoor free time and encourage adults to follow their children's lead, fostering their natural sense of wonder and awe. A great way to keep our dogs (and ourselves) exercised and socialized with others who have the same interests. We will mainly hike our local trails here in Park City but will also schedule special hikes at other locations. We are all here to play tennis and have a great time.  We welcome everyone who wants to play.  Skill levels are all over the place.  If you are a true beginner than we would suggest you to take lessons.  Some of the players here are very helpful for beginners but for the most part its recommended that you have a skill level of at least 2.0.   On average the skill level in the group seems to be about 3.0-3.5.  That doesnt mean you won't find 4.0+ on here for a higher level of game.   If your look …

Snowshoe Festival with running events for just about any level, with the only Ultra snowshoe 50K race in the country all the way down to a 5K race. The other distances are 10K 25K and a Marathon. This is held at Wasatch Mountain State Park, in Midway, UT each year on the last of Jan. This year that is Jan 30th. Come join us for a fun day in the snow, hot chocolate and soup and new freinds and beautiful scenery!
